The vehicle is located in the Leipzig 04105 area, but can also be delivered within a radius of 40 - 50 km for an additional charge.
Plus a one-off handover fee of 120 euros and a return fee of 85 euros.

Conditions for hiring the motorhome/camper

Drivers must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 3 years.
All drivers must be present with a valid driving licence when the vehicle is handed over.

Cancellation conditions:

After acceptance of the offer

up to 50 days before departure 50% of the rental price is non-refundable;
from the 49th to the 15th day before departure 75% of the rental price is non-refundable;
from the 14th day 90% of the hire price is non-refundable;
on the day of hire or if the vehicle is not collected, 100% of the hire price is non-refundable.

Terms of payment:

Upon acceptance of the offer, 50% of the total rental price must be transferred immediately upon receipt of the invoice, and the remainder 14 days before departure.

The deposit of 1500 € is to be paid in cash ONLY upon collection of the vehicle against receipt and will be paid out again in cash after the vehicle has been returned in perfect condition.

Insurance:

In the full vehicle insurance (fully comprehensive) there is an excess of € 1500.00 for the hirer for each claim.
In the partial vehicle insurance (partial casco), the renter's excess is € 1000.00 per claim.

Water, gas, tank filling:

It is possible to take 2 gas bottles with you, standard is 1 gas bottle (will be handed over full, please return full again, or filling by us for an extra charge according to fill level)
The fresh water tank can be filled at our station.
The vehicle tank (diesel) is handed over full and is requested to be returned full.

Cleaning:

The vehicle will be handed over to you cleaned inside and out. We ask you to return the motorhome swept clean. We will clean the outside and sanitise the inside.

Toilet and grey water can be drained free of charge at our station.

Instruction:

A one-off service fee with free instruction on the vehicle at the handover date is charged at €120. A return fee of €45.00 will be charged (incl. interior and exterior cleaning).

Miscellaneous:

The vehicle handover and return takes place in Leipzig near the New Exhibition Centre. Your car can also be parked here free of charge during this time.

Pets are not allowed.

Travelling to major concerts or festivals is prohibited.

Please note that you must bring your own towels, toiletries, cleaning products and rubbish bags. You are also welcome to bring your own bed linen, blankets and pillows or we can provide these for an extra charge of €55 per hire.
Cutlery can also be booked for a fee of €5.
A coffee machine is not available, but you are of course welcome to bring your own.

Please note that we have deliberately decided not to provide a TV. We want to provide you with a relaxed atmosphere and invite you to take a break from everyday life and slow down.
