Regular Training Units for our Drivers

The drivers of the KVS Bus und Limousinen Service GmbH take part regularly in training units for bus drivers.

We want to be sure that our drivers will bring you to your destination and back home again comfortably and safely.

All our drivers are working after the German law (Personen-beförderungsgesetzes (PbfG) & Betriebsordnung Kraftverkehr (Bo-Kraft)).

Practical experience makes our drivers even more perfect. Therefore they will be trained regularly.

The pictures shown are from a safety training our drivers made on the "Lausitzring" November 2007.

The main topics of the training were ride, handling, comfort, and automotive technology including all active safety technologies and how they are used best.

Practical training units are:

Controlled departure
How to secure a place of accident or breakdown
Correct seat position in the bus
Emergency braking from different speeds at different street conditions
Skid control courses
Driving circular pathes to get a feeling for wheel load changes and adherence limits
Combined braking and evasive manoeuvres
